This data is necessary for the management and maintenance of some of the services provided and is included in the specific files of users of NaizFit services.

NaizFit undertakes to apply the computer security measures provided for in the regulations, with the aim of preventing access to or improper use of the data, its manipulation, deterioration or loss.
What personal data do we collect?
The personal data that the user may provide:
Name and address.
Telephone number and e-mail address.
Location.
IP address, date and time you accessed our services, internet browser you use and details of your device’s operating system.
Any other information or data you choose to share with us.
In some cases, it is mandatory to fill in the registration form to access and enjoy certain services offered on the website; likewise, not providing the personal data requested or not accepting this data protection policy means the impossibility of subscribing, registering or participating in any of the promotions in which personal data is requested.

What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?
The processing of the personal data provided by the user is carried out on the basis of the following legal bases that legitimise the same:
– The contracting of NaizFit services and the execution of the professional assignment requested, the terms and conditions of which shall be made available to the user prior to any possible contracting. In order to be able to carry out the professional relationship requested, the interested party is obliged to provide his/her data.
– Free, specific, informed and unequivocal consent, since after reading this Privacy Policy the user is informed and, if he/she agrees, can accept it by means of a declaration or a clear affirmative action, such as ticking a box provided for this purpose.
– Legitimate interest for the processing of our customers’ data in direct marketing actions and the express consent of the interested party.
– Fulfilment of legal obligations for fraud prevention, communication with public authorities and third party claims.
In the event that the data subject does not provide the aforementioned data or that such data is incorrect or inaccurate, we will not be able to deal with the request, making it impossible to provide the requested information or to carry out the contracting of the services. Therefore, the data controller, NaizFit, shall be exonerated from any liability that may arise from the non-execution of the professional assignment or from the consequences that may arise from this inaccurate or erroneous information.
How long do we keep your data?
NaizFit, as the data controller, undertakes to store and manage the personal data and information collected through this website with due confidentiality for as long as the professional relationship that has arisen is maintained and the person concerned does not request its deletion, and, where applicable, for a period not exceeding 5 years, counting from the end of the business relationship established between the user and NaizFit. However, the data controller may keep the data, duly blocked, in order to attend to possible administrative or jurisdictional responsibilities.
To which recipients is your data communicated?
In general, NaizFit will not communicate this personal data to third parties, except where the provision of a service implies the need for a contractual relationship with a data processor and this is strictly necessary to manage and maintain the relationship between the user and the aforementioned company, subject to the user’s express authorisation. This will only be done for the time necessary to enable the execution of the commissioning contract, and under the same conditions and with the same responsibilities as those required of the data controller. At the end of the assignment, the processor shall return the personal data to the controller and delete any copies in its possession.
Furthermore, in some cases, personal data may be required by law to be disclosed to public bodies or other parties, only that which is strictly necessary for the fulfilment of such legal obligations will be disclosed.
Where is your data stored?
In general, data is stored within the EU. If data is sent to third parties outside the EU, we will ensure that they offer an adequate level of protection.

In principle, our services are not specifically aimed at minors.
